At Nepal FAM, we believe in celebrating the people and organizations that are making a real difference in our communities. One such incredible initiative is Kalpabriksha Nepal—a youth-led organization that’s redefining what it means to empower the next generation.

Founded in 2022 by three passionate Nepalese students studying in three different countries, Kalpabriksha was officially registered as an NGO in 2024. The driving force? A simple yet powerful vision—to uplift the youth of Nepal, give them a platform to be heard, and help them thrive despite the challenges they face.

From fighting harassment and abuse to addressing mental health issues and building skill development opportunities, Kalpabriksha is on a mission to create a supportive ecosystem for young people. They are running programs that not only mentor and guide, but also inspire youth to become leaders, changemakers, and active contributors to their communities.

One of the inspiring minds behind Kalpabriksha Nepal is Nitamraj Poudel, a co-founder whose passion for youth empowerment is as genuine as it is contagious.
